How might a doula support me?
What I offer is down-to-earth, supportive prenatal support that helps you feel more prepared and at peace with what’s ahead. We’ll talk through your preferences, explore your options, and I’ll share tools and information to help you feel confident and equipped. I also offer calm, natural photography to document this part of your story—nothing staged, just real moments that reflect who you are. My hope is that you leave each interaction feeling seen, heard, and a little more grounded.

We’ll begin with a free hour-long consultation where we discuss your birth vision, fears, goals, and any ongoing education. This helps us determine if we’re a good fit. Our second mandatory meeting, lasting 2-3 hours, covers essential topics and adapts to your specific needs.
From 37 weeks onward, I’m on call for you, arriving within 2-3 hours of your call. During labor and delivery, I’ll be there to support you. After birth, during the immediate postpartum period, I’ll stay with you for 1-2 hours, capturing precious moments during Golden Hour and helping you settle into your postpartum room.

PRENATAL MEETINGS
Each Birth Support package comes with 1-3 Prenatal Meetings. These meetings are essentially crash courses in the basics of labor & birth, including just barely scratching the surface of physiological birth and why it is SO important to understand birth, in order for it to unfold as it was Designed & intended to do.
BIRTH SUPPORT
I will be there for your labor & birth when you call me.
At 37 weeks you will be moved to On-Call status, meaning you call and I come to you as quickly as I can–ready to support your labor & help you through as your pregnancy journey ends, and your Motherhood journey
begins.
BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY
Birth Photography is such a beautiful expression of art that I am honored to have the ability to capture.
Currently, all Birth Support Packages come with complimentary documentation of your labor and birth at no additional cost.
I also am offering photography of your birth as a stand-alone package.

During the third meeting, we will spend a lot of time focusing on the postpartum plan and education.
From 37 weeks onward, I’m on call for you, I am always aiming to arrive within 2 hours of your call. During labor and delivery, I’ll be there to support you. After birth, during the immediate postpartum period, I’ll stay with you for 2-3 hours, capturing precious moments during Golden Hour and helping you settle into your postpartum room.
I will then fade out to allow your new family time together to bond. Congratulations—you did it!
